• Darrell Jones- President & CEO:
Darrell possesses two decades of experience in defense-sector and general electronics. Following beginnings at SCI Huntsville, he transitioned his career to independent management of electronics sales and marketing. Darrell has experience with a broad technical range of electronics systems and components, from IC sockets to custom hybrids and ASIC’s. Darrell leverages marketing and technical capacities with familiarity of the US DoD arena as a longtime senior manager.
• William (Bill) Goldberg – Chief Scientist/Engineer:
Bill is our go-to for all things technical. With more than 45 years of engineering experience in aerospace systems, land combat systems, and environmental engineering, as well as vast experience in Air Force and Army R&D programs (aviation, missiles, lasers and satellite systems), Bill’s knowledge is invaluable.
His expertise has been called upon by companies such as Teledyne Brown Engineering, Israel Aerospace Industries, Elbit Systems, and Boeing and General Dynamics. He has established and managed, systems, related to lasers, optical materials, composite structural materials, aircraft survivability, IR sensor technology, ballistic missile defense system studies and environmental engineering for chemical weapons destruction.
His education and professional ethos puts him at what we call “the experts-expert” level with a B.S. in Engineering Physics, M.S. in Aerospace and Engineering Sciences and Ph.D. in Aeronautical Engineering. He is a Life Member of the Association of the U.S. Air Force, AIAA Associate Fellow, USAF Legion of Merit, Meritorious Service Medal and Army Commendation Medal.
• Gadi Shapira – Senior Vice President of International Marketing and Business Development:
Gadi guides our international marketing efforts with extensive, globally relevant knowledge, experience and reach. His education (B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering and M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering) combined with 20 years of Business Development and Marketing experience in the fields of Aerospace, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering says it all. He is well versed in composite and metal technologies, R&D; build-to-print production, testing of missile technology, ground equipment and electro-mechanical assemblies,power generation and regulating systems. Additionally, he has experience with airworthiness, survivability and crashworthy engineering concepts related to seats.

• William (Buck) Clemons – Marketing and Business Development Consultant:
Based in our Huntsville, Alabama, office near Redstone Arsenal, Buck is our Army expert. With more than 20 years of military and aviation experience as an AH-64 and AH-1 pilot in the U.S. Army, he understands everything related to manned and unmanned vehicles. He also brings a wealth of technical expertise when it comes to electronic warfare (EW), command and control systems, communications, C4 computer systems, aircraft survivability equipment and tactical operations.
He excels in writing technical white papers and proposals in addition to researching aviation and aerospace-related engineering subjects and developing marketing plans in response to SBIR’s and BAA’s.
He has worked with Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI), OKOS Solutions, Defense Research Associates, Symetrics Industries, Avion, MOOG and Aurora Flight Sciences.
Buck’s B.S. in History and M.S. in Computer Resource and IT Management gives him a wide perspective. He is a member of the Army Aviation Association of America (AAAA), Association of the U.S. Army (AUSA), National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI), and Association of Old Crows.
• Dominique Seagrave- Marketing and Business Development Consultant:
Dominique is an excellent resource for manufacturing clients given her diversified experience and background within the technical market. Her expertise lies in understanding our customers’ specific requirements, assisting in the pricing and negotiation phase and using her creativity to deliver results for the client. Dominique has the knowledge and experience to identify technical needs that grow revenue for our clients. Dominique is a Huntsville native having graduated from UAH in 1994 with a B.S. in Mathematics. Her professional connections in the Huntsville business community are maintained by being active in associations such as The Army Aviation Association of America, Women in Defense, NDIA, Huntsville Aerospace Marketing, Huntsville Association of Small Business in Technology and Air, Space & Missile Defense Association.
• Robert (Bob) Segal – Marketing and Business Development Consultant:
As an ex-Army Corps of Engineers Reserve Major and with more than 40 years working in mechanical, electrical and software engineering as well, Bob knows his way around our business and yours. He has expertise in developing, testing, evaluating, procuring and marketing complex systems in disciplines such as avionics, navigation, communications, command and control, missile air defense and infrastructure security.
He has an in-depth knowledge of software and hardware development, requirements analysis, modeling and simulation studies, and IV&V. He has worked for companies and agencies including the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, the Department of Defense, Titan Corporation, Elbit Systems, Israel AerospaceIndustries, Galaxy Scientific, Innovative Power Solutions, LIMCO Airepair, CSI Aerospace, and Agent Video Analytics.
Bob received both his B.S. and M.S. in Engineering and is located in our Philadelphia office to cover NAVSUP (Naval Supply Center) and markets components and systems for Navy programs including H-53, F-18 fighter jet, V-22 Osprey, and H-1 and SH-60 helicopters.
